Can I use different service providers?

You may have instances where you want to use a different provider to the one your service provider offers. For example, if you already have a gardener you are happy with or if your provider doesn’t offer a service you need. In these instances, they may allow you to request this service from another service provider. However, they may charge a surcharge on top of the hourly service fee so keep it in mind when choosing a service provider.

Do I have to pay a surcharge?

If it’s the service provider’s decision to offer you a subcontracted service, they can’t charge for it separately. If it’s your choice, they can charge a surcharge and should explain it to you when you request the service.
